简介:  

汪强虎,博士,江苏省杰出青年基金获得者,南京医科大学教授,博士生导师,生物医学工程与信息学院副院长,生物信息系主任,生物信息学专业负责人,生物信息学分析平台负责人。长期从事生物信息学和肿瘤基因组学研究,在肿瘤分子异质性、微环境解构、胶质瘤干细胞可塑性与进展复发、胶质瘤无创早期检测的分子标记识别、胶质瘤治疗抗性标记识别等方向具有研究优势。相关研究成果发表在CellCancer CellNature GeneticsPNASNAROncogeneNeuro-OncologyNature Communication等领域内权威期刊上。

  近年来,致力于开发第三代胶质母细胞瘤分子分型方法和技术,主导的研究成果发表在领域内顶级杂志Cancer CellSCI IF=27.407)上,该成果在受到领域内专家的广泛关注,将在推动GBM精准治疗、新一轮临床实验等方面发挥重要作用;同时,致力于探索GBM复发的关键分子途径,主导的研究成果发表在领域内顶级杂志CellSCI IF=30.410上,AACR官方旗舰杂志Cancer Discovery发专文对该研究成果进行评述,高度评价该成果在GBM靶向治疗中的潜在价值;此外,还致力于开发基于液态活检的胶质瘤早期检测和复发监控技术,研究成果具有潜在的广泛社会和经济效益。主持包括国家自然科学基金面上项目和青年项目、江苏省杰出青年基金等在内的各级项目10余项。
