简介:

       刘星吟,教授,博士生导师。2006年获得中山大学理学博士学位,2006年至2015年先后在美国Rochester大学从事肠道病原微生物与宿主相互作用的信号转导机制的研究。2010年至2015年在美国爱因斯坦医学院从事孤独症关联基因的表观遗传学研究。2015年10月作为高层次引进人才受聘于南京医科大学基础医学院。2016年被评为南京医科大学特聘教授和江苏特聘医学专家,2017年被评为江苏省特聘教授,目前担任南京医科大学肠道微生态创新团队的组长,主要致力于肠道微生物与人类疾病关联的临床和基础研究

1、环状RNA分子在沙门氏菌介导肠道炎症反应的功能和分子机制,2019.01-2022.12,国家自然科学基金面上项目,56万,主持。

2、KDM5 蛋白维持肠道微生态平衡的功能及其机制研究,2017.01-2020.12,国家自然科学基金面上项目,57万,主持。

3、KDM5 蛋白对肠道菌群稳态的调控机制和功能研究,2016.01-2019.09,江苏省自然科学基金面上项目,10万,主持。

4、南京医科大学高层次人才启动经费,150万,主持。
